So part of my 60 day transformation, involves doing more. I realized the other day, that the list of songs, I want to dance to, is far longer than the list of songs I’ve danced to. Telling, myself not every song has to have fancy costumes and lavish props, I’m going to start ticking songs off my “To dance to” list and just get dancing. Hey, it might not be perfect, but it is movement which is healthy, and it is effort, which is admirable. This is Bjork’s “It’s oh so quiet”, I pretty much just turned on the music and goofed around for 10minutes.
